Tenuta San Savino delle Rocchette is a very recently opened complex. The agritourism consists of two large farmhouses and other small rural buildings that have been converted into agritourism facilities all set in a large garden but above all immersed in the purest Umbrian countryside far from the noise and smells of the city. All this makes the agriturismo an ideal place to bring your four-legged friends! Tenuta San Savino is open to all four-legged friends. We welcome your friends with a welcome kit that you can then accompany them to explore the open countryside that embraces our farmhouse. If they wish, your four-legged friends can make the acquaintance of the farm animals: cashmere goats, horses, chickens, peacocks, ducks, sheep and cats. We have 4 finely furnished accommodations, inspired by the 4 medieval quarters of Calvi dell'Umbria: Croce, Castello, Fiamme and Drago. All accommodations have private bathrooms, air conditioners, flat-screen televisions and fully equipped kitchens. Inside the farmhouse there is also the Wellness Center for exclusive use (with Jacuzzi, infrared sauna, emotional showers, relaxation lounge and solarium), outdoor panoramic infinity pool with chromotherapy and whirlpool, the old bread oven with its porch, the reception obtained from the former room for cheese seasoning, the cellar used since the last century for storing wine, the restaurant from a stable and a very spacious parking lot. In the large garden there are swings, benches and seats made from tree trunks. Your 4-legged friends can have access with you to all our farmhouse areas, including the restaurant! The farmhouse kitchen offers exclusive recipes that are born from a great passion for the products of our land, skillfully transformed with creative imagination. Umbrian traditions are reproposed in a menu focused on local gastronomy, made of excellent products. We have chosen to set our tables with recipes that are simple but rich in taste, so that we can give our diners an experience of pure tasting pleasure. Everything that is not produced by us comes from certified companies in the area that we have previously viewed. Underlying our philosophy are two irreplaceable aspects: quality and nature. In winter, dinners are held in our living room with a wood-burning fireplace, which creates an engaging and exciting atmosphere. In summer, the panoramic terrace opens its doors to guests of the farmhouse who can bask in the enchanting surrounding landscape. From the estate one can admire the wonderful hilly landscape, which from the medieval village of Poggio di Otricoli slopes down to the Tiber and continues as far as the eye can see beyond the Cimini Mountains. The breathtaking views that surround it lend themselves to nature photography reportage: intact medieval villages, forests, olive groves, river gorges, archaeological finds, all accompanied in fine weather by a mild, breezy climate and the purity of the air that regenerates body and mind. The staff is made up of our family, which after the purchase in 2002 of the property, with passion has restored and expanded the farm and transformed the estate making it a reference point for lovers of nature and relaxation. The restoration included the use of materials with low environmental impact. The property is also a certified Organic Farm.
